With us, the family is central. We are a balagan (likeable chaos) of cooking preferences. One loves sweet, another spicy or vegetarian. You have to have a bit of everything on the table at home. The right mix makes the difference also amongst the generations. Young and the young-at-heart add perfectly to our professional lives.
The name reflects, once again, our philosophy in that it is the essential part of our lives. Eating is always done at a large table with the whole family and many friends.
Nuriel
Architecture, Art and Fashion have always interested me; I guess in this way I am similar to my father who is also a natural aesthete. What I love about NENI and my role within it is that I can realize this passion whether it be through photography for our Instagram page, through our product packaging or through our events. Today a large part of my work involves travel and testing out new concepts. NENI has become a lifestyle brand, which knows no boundaries. Life is Beautiful that is what we want to convey to you on a daily basis.
Elior
Already as a child, I was always a rebel who stood up for equality, justice and fairness. That is why I am proud that we have built, particularly in the times in which we now live, a team from all over the world of different skin colors, cultures and religions. This is also reflected in our cooking. Whether Israeli, Moroccan, Lebanese, Indian or American, you can find everything on our menus. One thing is clear good food connects people.
Nadiv
As the youngest Molcho brother, I was always trying to get attention. Even when I was too little to dance in our homemade Michael Jackson videos, I dressed up in a tiger costume and crawled around as an animal extra. I think that is one of the reasons I became an actor. Luckily, my three older brothers, Nuriel, Elior and Ilan made it easy for me and gave me the great feeling that I was a big part of the team.Although I now make films, they still give me the nice sense that I am part of the NENI family.
Ilan
As a child, I enjoyed retreating into my own world and dreaming of the wilderness apes that swung from tree to tree eating bananas, wild lions rambling through the savannah... And that was in spite of growing up in the city or maybe even because of it. Our family trips to Africa, Asia and many other exciting places must have also contributed to it. That's why I love sitting on the 10th floor of NENI Berlin on one side looking out at the city and on the other looking down at the Berlin zoo.
